What can we do for you?
- Product Development: Our well-trained and experienced team is with you from the conception of your project to its finish. We work closely with your team to guarantee that your vision is fully represented. We turn your idea into highly-functional aesthetically pleasing packaging.
- Light and Heavy Gauge Thermoforming: We can make parts with both light-gauge (thinner than .060”) and heavy-gauge (thicker than .060”) thermoforming to meet your packaging needs.
- Vacuum forming: With vacuum forming process, vacuum is applied between the mold and the hot sheet that has been stretched over it. As the vacuum draws the sheet against the surface of the mold, atmospheric pressure will push it against the other side of the plastic. After cooling we use our advanced trimming equipment to ensure the finished packaging is delivered precision and consistency.
- Pressure forming: During the pressure forming process, single-sided mold is used along with vacuum and pressure on opposite sides of the plastic sheet. Utilizing a mold allows us to create packaging with much sharper and complex detail of product packaging . While carrying similar benefits as injection mold, it comes at a much lower tooling cost.
